I have good experiences with melatonin. I dont take it regularly, but I use it every now and then when I know sleep might be difficult or i need to go to sleep earlier than usual. I usually have VERY VIVID dreams when i take it. I already dream almost every night, and remember at least one dream when i wake up in the morning. When I took melatonin my dreams became more vivid, it was weird, no nightmares or anything, just seemed very real.
Anyways, I also wouldn't take it consistently for fear of my body stopping the production of it. Good product in my opinion though.
