Well, finished my first day.
I gotta say, this load of food might seem small on paper, but the first time you sit down and try to chew through a cup of cottage cheese and 3/4 cup of dry oatmeal flakes, you start to appreciate the Big Mac.
Overall, it felt good. The Ripped supplements packed a decent punch for me in the morning, wearing off as soon as I finished my workout (ended up running to the DMV, walking back, to renew my plate tags, but the run/walk was well over 30 minutes). The next few meals were odd. It felt like something of a chore to chew them down, but I oddly never felt... full.
I started wondering at whether I'd feel bloated and stuffed at the end of the day, but I honestly don't, having just finished my sixth meal, waiting a few hours to pop the Lean and go to bed.
Unfortunately, the exercise regimen was a little skewed today, as I ended up replacing the last low-intensity cardio with a brisk jog to the store with my girlfriend, and changing weights on my lifting session left me a little... underwhelmed, so my next session on day 4 for upper is going to need a bit of tweaking in weights per rep, but overall, I feel pretty darn good.
The only advice I can give to anyone who's going on this: Pre-cook. Given the amount of food you have to eat and the number of times per day, precook as much rice as you can fit into that pot, pre-cook a couple days' worth of chicken breasts, whatever you can to save time later on, or you're going to feel like you're doing nothing all day but watching the clock to cook and eat.
