I know that sumo give you a shorter range of motion to lock out and its supose to be better for taller pullers. In the July meet I only saw 1 guy pull conventional, at the Sept meet I saw a few more pulling Conventional. The bigger record holders in the sport are conventional pullers, its all comes down to what you are more comfortable with.
Wade is new to Powerlifting you might see his arch change over time. July was his first meet and Sept was his first meet wearing a shirt and suit.
Size doesn't really matter when it comes to arching I never thought that Daniel would be able to arch that much, hell I never would have thought he would be able to bench that much at 19 years old.
