Reason I say this is because you won't lose any weight on 100, but on 200 you will. So, if you don't carb deplete on 200, the initial few days will be a waste.

Okay so the real deal is :
If you carb deplete you don't waste DNP capsule to do it for you. (saved 800mg)
If you don't carb deplete your gonna waste 3-4 days of DNP (wasted 800mg)
