If you are going to run @ 100mg for a 4 days or so, carb depletion really isn't necessary. DNP will do it for you.
If you are starting @ 200mg, than yes, carb deplete.
Reason I say this is because you won't lose any weight on 100, but on 200 you will. So, if you don't carb deplete on 200, the initial few days will be a waste.
