R-ALA between 300-600mg ED splitted in 3 dose with meal.
Thyrolan (ECY stack) first week at 2 caps a day, after bump to 4
Vitamin C (3g a day)
Vitamin E (800IU a day)
Multi-Vitamine (1 a day)
CLA (3g a day)
Omega3 (3g a day)
V8 (between 1 to 3 a day)
Plan of action with DNP (May adjust as time goes)
first week (or 5 days) : 200mg
second week (or 5 days): 300mg
third week (or 5 days): 400mg
fourth week and last (or 5 days): 500-600mg
Weight training plan :
set/rep scheme : 10-12/light weight
Cardio ED (*If able to*) : low intensity 20-30 min
Diet Plan :

I plan P/C/F ratio of 50/30/20 --> As surfer proposed.
