Default Maximus is lifting some weights

SO I guess i should give some background information. I am Junior at Appalachian STate UNiversity in NC. My freshman year I got to 275 pounds and hadnt lifted a weight (i was fat). I ended up going on a diet and by start of sophmore I weight 240 and I started lifting weights. I benched 185x2 squatted 225x3 (not ATG) and I didnt start deadlift until about 10 months ago, when i did start i could deadlift 315x1. I have lifted fairly consistantly but I had to take 2 and a half months off this summer because I went to work in California and did not have a vehicle and was miles from a town or a gym. I did ab work and pushups and ran, thats about all i could do, i got by. I got back In August and hadnt lost too much strenght, but i was weaker.

My current stats are:
height: 6'0
weight: 229
% bodyfat: 18-22 (not really sure)
Squat: 315
Dead: 405
bench: 265

I squatted 305 for 3 sets of 3 last week going ATG, so I am pretty sure my PR is alot higher than 315, just havent trid to max in a while.

As you can see, I increased most of my lifts around 100 pounds over the last 14 months (while missing 2.5 months). During that time i lost 11-13 pounds, so I am pretty happy about that.

My workouts, Im not sure if they are called something, or a certain type, i just lift and it works for me, if it has a name, someone can let me know.

I actually enjoy cardio, so I do a mix of walking on treadmill with a high incline, HITT, and I play flag football and ultimate frisbee alot (more sprinting than you think).

Also, I injured my shoulder about 4 weeks ago, just last week was the first time i could do a pushup again. All upper body stuff has been brought to a halt for the most part. Just today i felt like it was good enough to start lifting, so i took it real slow, and went pretty light.
