Vas training log
I figure I start a log with my workouts so I can keep track of my progress.
Food intake about 3000-4000cal/day
Wt 254lbs, I'm 6' tall
Goal is to bench 450lbs and weigh 270.
I do not have any maxes for any of my lifts yet but they will come in a few months.
Days training 3-4 days a week. More like 3 days though
Routine is a copilation of my own with iregular workouts. Low volume and heavy weights. No maxes for a while I will just increase my working weights when necessary.

Arms
1.close grip bench BB
3x8 315lbs
2.bicep curls BB
3x8 145lbs
3.tricep extension with "V" metal bar
2x10 100lbs
1x10 120lbs
1x6 150lbs
4.Reverse Z bar curls
3x10 100lbs
abs using machine with weights
3x15 80lbs
