But how's your diet? You didn't mention anything about that, so it seems like you were relying heavily on your stack to help maintain your awesome physique, when you should probably be more focused on your diet.

If you have less gym time, is there any way you can split your workouts up? Maybe some in am, some in pm sort of thing? Can you get some type of equipment at home, so when you can't get to the gym, you can do some of your workout there?

I know that when I'm working out, I feel better mentally too, so maybe if you just got back on the wagon a little at a time, it wouldn't be so mentally agonizing for you.

I have considered both am and pm workouts. I love the idea of burning my daytime calories ayway before bed. I'll have to just do it (as Nike says).

My diet's always been good, but at night I let the day's stress get to me and 'treat' myself to soething sweet like yogurt or Tasti-D-Lite treats.

Oh, and the gym is a few feet away. There's one in my building and a bigger one down the street that I use. I have no real excuse.
