Yes, I had an awesome physique then became lazy and lost it. Took about 5 months to get it back after 3 years off and getting fat. I was drinking 6-8 liters of Coke a week. Look at your diet first. I actually eat more then I did, just not junk foods, and no soda anymore.
You can get back in shape without anything more then a multivitamin and maybe some protein drinks pre and post workout.
The biggest pita is eating every 2-3 hours, once you get that down it's easy to look good again.
