I try to gain wheight so hard , I eat big, drink a lot of proteine shakes, BCCAS, Vitamines, Glutamine but the results are not satisfying. I Gained a total of 8 KG in the last year (natural)Once I put some wheight on I have trouble holding it.
My main source of food are quality carbohydrates & Proteines + I eat whatever I can ...when I can
any advise ????
