r u sure ur rdy for DNP though? from what i've read here, there isn't much luv for it. ECA probably be good enough.
As for ur ligaments, perhaps get some Cissus? and changing rep ranges will definately be a good idea to try and build them up. as well as stretching - first important for ligaments and tendons.
