PCT Started.
I am off for the second day today.
Comment on the cycle :
Was not a good one (suboptimal) due to multiple badluck.
1) Started off with a sickness which brought me down for about 4-5 days
2) Had 2 injuries that popped off during the cycle which made me drop exercise, weight
3) Had my ass kicked during a fight which made me loose time off the gym.
4) Had a too busy work schedule which brought down a couple of night sleep.
5) Had personnal issues which brought me out of town for a couple of days consequence, no training, bad diet, bad sleep pattern.
Started at around 196-198 I think, now 202-204
I gained some fat too, I can see I had a hard time with my diet as I was not at home for about 1-2 week...
Good strenght gain.
Worth all the sides, which were minimal.
First day PCT feel tired, no appetite except for dirty food...
