Well I don't want you to make me out to look like I know everything, I just know what works and what doesn't. I personally find interest in things that do work and I like to research the science behind why certain products work and others don't. To tell you the truth, the way I feel about supplements is that the reason why I don't find them too reliable is because the companies themselves haven't been out for at least 30 years (to best of MY knowledge, if I am incorrect, someone please correct me!

).
After reading many nutrition related books concerning vitamins and all sorts of supplements, one thing all of them will agree on (They can't really disagree on much though, science is science lol) is that before buying a product, you should always make sure you find a reputable company that has been out for at least 30 years and I would also find it very reassuring if the company provided me with some clinical evidence that their products work. I mean with the slackness of the FDA nowadays, virtually anyone can come out with a product, slap on a name and make their own "propietary blend" and put it out on the market with no real proof or assurance that it works, just advertising, which I find scary.
What product would I recommend? Well what have you tried? lol
