i dont bench press, but for me this is a:

squat - place the bar on your traps/shoulders, squat down till your past par, then squat back up to the top

deadlift - grab the bar an pull it up off the floor till your body is fully upright
Lol, so in all your strongman training you never learned anything about PL lifts? Maybe thats why your form is so sketch.
