been a few days and I did not lift weights over the weekend, did more recreational stuff.
Went for a 3 mile run on Satruday morning, played tennis Saturday afternoon. Sunday - tennis. I am a freakin tennis Goddess. I mean, I don't wanna toot my own horn and I am not good at many things, but my quads were made for sprinting and I can get to anything on the court.

I love tennis, I wish my hubby would like to play more often.
