You don't even need to tell them, just do your stuff, take some news, they will see by theirself why you are more distant... It may even make them realize how pathetic it is...
Don't be an ass to them, when you are inside the problem you never see the solution... But maybe one day you'll need them and they'll be there or vice versa, and that's what friendship is all about... It's not about my guys to go out...
