You have non-drug using friends here. I say get new friends. You are right, you could be in the wrong place at the wrong time. They arent worth going to jail for possibly. And dont give in to peer pressure. Stay away from drugs. They arent worth the time, money, and risk.
If you want to keep your friends, ask them politely to keep the drugs away from you and not do them around you. If they are true friends then they should respect and honor that request.
