Seated rows:
1/15 20 pounds
1/12 35 pounds
1/10 50 pounds
1/till failure 20 pounds
Barbell pullovers:
1/15 10 pounds
1/12 20 pounds
1/ till failure 20 pounds
Didn't change my exercises much from last week. Back is not one of my fav's... I will get cardio/abs tonight.. !!!! I think I am coming down with a sniffle.

Need some vitamin C....and TLC!!!
