db shoulder press 3 x 10 - 20 lb db
bb shoulder press 2 x 5 - 65 lbs
lateral raise - 1x12, 1x10, 1x8-15 lb db
front raise - same as above - 15 lb db
figuring out which weights are working for me now - tad bit weaker than I was before...oh well, strength should be back up soon, I hope.
bb bicep curl - 1x6-65 lbs, 2 x 8 - struggling, so lowered weight to 45 lbs for the rest of these. I should be in between somewhere, but I kinda got rid of my 2.5 and 5 lb plates, so I have 10s, 25s, and 45's...again, oopsy.
hammer curls - 3 x 10 - 15 lb db's
concentration curls 3 x 8 - 20 lb db
