I figured I would start one of these again...keep my ass in gear. I just wrote all of this and it was lost, so now I have to type it again.

I got rid of my squat rack to make more room in the house, so my squat weight ends up being what i can get in the proper position without hurting myself.
squats
1x12-85 lbs, 2 x 25 65 lbs
SLDL-I did these on the same day as squats because....well just because i felt like it and I wanted to.
elevated lunges, 6 inch box-3x12 - 65 lbs
That's it for me for the day.
