In the same boat here TKD Guy. My issue is with the lateral epicondyle:


I have to use easy bar and DB's to keep the pain from causing me to stop lifting. My issue seems to be related to hand/wrist position. Straigh bar curls causes intense discomfort when I start to hit 75lbs. Sucks!
