Here's an idea for you. I have been coping and pasting the previous weeks workout for each muscle group . Not the whole week just the workout for that day. I fold it up and stick it in the back side of my glove (the top of the hand). Then I just carry a pencil with my towel and pull it out when I need to make notes.
