Calories are high as stated in my diet but I could easily add another meal as I am finding my appetite is ferocious.

Lift Weights are definately increasing nicely. Im impressed with the weight gain so far but am expecting alot more in the next few weeks. A lb a day would be nice.... but Im not holding my breath
