Well,I just started that max-ot program, i didnt do that while loseing the weight. well what i did was cut out all sugar, sugar subtituies, and any "bad" stuff. I would only drink water and eat in moderation. honestly, it was not to hard. I did a lot of running and eating the right stuff. being positive and setting goals helps. as far as the acne goes, i tried alot of stuff, but what worked best for me was just washing my face with cetaphil and leave it be. Just make sure to eat a good breakfast and never go hungry. I dont know much else to say to be honest, if you have any question please ask because i dont know where else to go. thanks!
