Then let's ask : Are you a natural bodybuilder? (Roids? Prohormone?)

I am not saying you CAN'T have good gain doing it. It's not optimal tho. (I am assuming natural bodybuilding.)

I am also asking for more info about your periodization thing... Can you explain me a bit more on why??? I'm curious.
