hello, my name is justin and ive been coming on here alot reading and asking questions. Well i wanted to post my pics to get advice. here ya go

Thats where i started, about 245 lbs in 04.

I ended up losing 80 lbs to around 180-190 lbs in 05 and kept that through that most of the year.

I wanted to be in better shape and started working out, i have been working out hard and takin no-xplode,whey,mutilit,kre-alkyn and bcaas. this is where i am at today.^^^

My question is,should i keep doing what i am doing. lifting heavy (max-ot program), taking what im takin, eating what i am eating (power foods) and all of that. my problem is my stomach, i have lost alot of weight and my stomach seems to have some lose skin. do i need to lose more weight to get rid of that, or gain more stomach muscle to get that outta the way? or am stuck with it. any help or advice would be great. thank you , take care.
