clen isnt too bad...just listen to your body. im only running 60mcg per day and feeling it...so why raise the dosage?
DAY 10: 45 min cardio....
DAY 11: off....my throat is killing me and i feel a sickness coming on...damn! it will probably be good for a few lbs lost though! lol
tomorrow is delts/triceps and some cardio.
