alex223 congrats! I'm right behind you and I've lost about 6-8 pounds as well (184 to 176). This system works. This morning at the track was amazing; the gym last night (chest day) was amazing; the night fat loss pill (amazing).
I dont know what NX CARE did to create this and I really dont care - the total program works with minimal side effects so far
No quivers and shakes....
Anyway, I start the dueritic on Sat. I keep you all posted
(I also upped the protein shakes to 5 a day plus the meals)
