did the workout look good overall tho? ok so next week i will do 205, 215, then 225. i did three sets of warmups today...2 sets of 135 and a set of 185 then went into my workout. those really wide grips are weird...they dont even feel like im workin my chest becuz of the lack of movement...i dont go nearly as far as my regular grip...i go down alot less. but it just works differently i guess.
