im goin to do somethin like...5 sets of squats....10,10,8,6,6 then 5 sets of leg press....12,10,10,8,8....and then end it with about 4 sets of calf raisers....my leg workouts are pretty basic but my legs are gettin pretty big so...w/e works you know?.
