DAY 1:
hit up on only 20mcg clen pre workout...no effects; also hit 50mg M4. did 35 minutes of brisk walking and some stretches.
DAY 2:
hit 20mcg clen in the morning (empty stomach) and had TERRIBLE headaches all day. did another 20mcg and 50mg M4 preworkout.
hit up legs/calves today....good sweat
