week 1-8: clen (either stacked with benadryl or 2on1off2on etc)
week 1-8: M4ohn (50mg ED for 2 weeks, 75mg ED for 2 weeks, then end with 100mg ED)
week 4-7: T3 (no ramping up....ramp down only from 75 or 100mcg ED)
week 9-11: PCT (nolva)...[PCT for thyroid starts after t3 finishes]
training: less weight, more reps (8-10)
cardio: regular, but less intense (fast walking)
diet: clean maintenance, no calorie counting
supps: multi, taurine (for clen), flax/fish oils, liver supps
start stats: ???
goal: look better

EDITS:
-didnt start T3 untl DAY 43.
-decided to go with 400mg/week EQ starting DAY 42. will run for about 12 weeks.
-clen ran in the beginning for a few weeks. will add it again later on.
-run 50mg M4ohn until DAY 60 (or so). will stop for a bit and run it again toward end of EQ.
