Thanks to czymex, I starting a new routine.
M - Chest/tris
W - legs/back
F - Shoulder/bis....
The weight depends on the exercise....
But legs I max on the press about 200 also....
I used to be much stronger.. years back. Now I am @ Biceps max about 30 pounds dumbells....
like I said it depends... the heavier I go on some exercises, the reps can really drop!!!
