Oh course not, wine is definitely NOT for getting drunk. It's like chugging a good imported beer, it should be a crime.

As for wine hangovers... I don't get hangovers
So I couldn't tell you if they are bad or not. The only time I have ever gotten even close to a hangover was from waaaaay to many martinis and dancing without drinking water.
