Seek out a trainer that deals specifically with track. READ all you can about the training. Read books published by great sprinters and see how they trained. Use the internet too. Talk to Sports Med Professionals and your physician to ensure you are doing the best training and the least amount of damage. I know this all sounds so vague but your question had broad possibilities. As shredder said, ask around but I would avoid most of the "football" types. Talk to running backs, wide recievers, and safeties.
