Hello! Let me start off by telling you a little bit about myself. I am a 26 year old father of 2. My stats are basically:
Height: 6'1
Weight: 260
Arms: 20"
Chest: 62"
Bench: 405
Squat: 700

I've played football most of my life and I've been big all of my life. I've been trying to tone up but it's real easy to gain weight and not so easy to lose it. I would like to get into body building, but I don't want to lose the muscle and my agility. For 6'1 and 260lbs I'm still very agile. I've been into martial arts my whole life; I'm a 4th degree blackbelt in jujitsu and I've just started boxing. Like I said, I've done anything I can to try to get toned. What I'd really like is some suggestions on how to trim or tone up. It seems every time I start to trim up, I start to lose muscle. Why is this?
