I still answer posts here and there, as best I can.. But I refuse to be a mod, with no powers. You need to trust your mods, or at least let the mods have the freedom to make decisions amoungst themselves as to whether someone should be banned or not.
If Jim ever decided to trust his moderators a bit more, and relenquish some of his control, I'd be all for moding again. And I'm not suggesting we'd go on a banning spree, cause I'm sure we wouldn't, but I would of seen dave, lean and deific gone before the bullshiet went down.
To bad you had to step down aswell.
