just got back from the gym.
I did chest and biceps and it was a great workout. I did bench (5 sets), I went heavy on the first 3 sets, then just did 2 sets of 145 at like 12 a piece.
Bicept workout was fine. Nothing crazy but I did curl hard and did some reverse preacher curls (for my forearms). Normaly I have skinny wrists but I couldnt put my fingers around them after the pump.

Well, I cant if spread out my hand as if i was trying to get a grip on a basketball either.
Oh man the pump is great... well, Im not gonna lie, i blazed a spliff with a friend before, but I had a great workout! Very intense.
Today was a good day, ive only eaten four times so far. Im probably gonna eat once more and then have a P shake before I go to bed.
