True waist (at belly button) 35"
Pants size 33" pants a little tight
weight-181 pounds
Effects noticed after one week-date-May 8
A little bloated from creatine loading, noticably less definition but....
libido up
strength up all lifts one more rep and 5 more pounds
energy much better
I started a new job and started Taekwondo, so now I walk 7-9 hours a day (approximately) in steel toe boots and then throw about 200+ kicks (each leg) at Taekwondo. Tired, but less so then I would be without the stack I bet.
