Kre-Akalyn is creatine monohydrate that has been PH buffered to prevent the creatine from being converted to creatinine, which is an unwanted by-product of creatine. Its buffered to like 12-14 PH.
You dont need as much of this as you do regular creatine due to better absorption and no converting.
