Yeah Bruce wasnt big, I know he's weight at the highest was around 9 stone (126 pounds), however his feats in terms of strenght and agility were amazing. Here are some!:
Bruce's striking speed from 3 feet away was five hundredths of a second.
Bruce was able to explode 100lb bags with a simple sidekick.
he could do push ups on his thumbs and push ups with 250lbs on his back
"He'd take a 125lb barbell and hold it straight out"
He has massive forearms too! Here's a quote about training I found:
Karreem Abdul Jabbar (Game of death and NBA legend) - "Bruce put me on a weight training program during the summer of 1970. It was a three days a week program, comprised mainly of the same stuff he was doing for the major muscle groups. I think I was doing about 2 sets of 12 reps, but it worked".
