Overtraining has been proven brother. People makes tons of posts a week saying how they're not gaining or not progressing and when they post their routine they have like 20 sets for chest or 15 sets for arms.

I get what you're saying thought about Bruce Lee but everyone is different. Try it out for yourself and see if you catch OTS. It's bound to happen one way or another. It's simple as that
