Just cause you gain weight doesn't mean you know what you're talking about? I'm not one to act like I know everything but bro....seriously. Just take a break, go read some books or something and we'll talk when you know what you're talking about. I'm not a rude guy but don't be cocky AND give bad advice. It makes you look even worse when people realize what you're saying and it's wrong. At least if you were humble about it and apologized or something of that sort you would be able to slide and get away with it nicely.

Could it be a possibility that you're overtraining? Maybe you're doing too many sets of each exercise?
