I posted my diet in an earlier post. Is there something wrong with mine? If so, could someone post a great diet for a lineman size person? Also, I'd like to lose a lot of body fat. I'm about 22% body fat, but I'd like to keep my weight up to about the 300 range. I'd be 100% committed to the diet that you guys post.
Also, at 17, I don't have a whole lot of money to spend on supplements. The max I am willing to spend is $200 for the WHOLE 3 months. So if anyone doesn't mind, help me there too.
I'm here to gain weight and muscle. And I'm open for anything. And so far this has helped a bunch.
