pressure sores?
HI girls and guys,
I was wondering if any of you had developed sores while training?
I have managed to increase my situps to about 50 a session however,
my bottom has developed a rather nasty sore,( very uncomfortable lol)
I'm using the correct situp bench at the gym have my knees raised and doing them correctly, no strain on my back or anything so.
any idea's? or advice on how i can stop it getting worse?
i didnt want to post this in the injury section to embarrased lol.
