I do agree that the supplements aren't what need to be changed, I'm sure it's something else like his diet but working out is very rarely the case.

Obviously from what I quoted, I looked at his other posts...
3 workouts a week for less than an hour each, doing the 3/set thing, isn't going to build very fast if at all. And sups don't build muscle, they just assist in the workout and recovery.
Thats just my opinion, not gonna get into a undertraining/overtraining debate here...just trying to help...
