Now, I haven't figured out my diet over the summer. The amount of running and weight lifting I will be doing will be gut check. So, I'm trying to figure out a way to keep my weight up w/o fat.
As for a trainer, I have one. My father was a strength and conditioning coach for nfl/college. So, I go to him for work-outs etc. He's put me on many diets, but only a few have worked.
Now, the reason why I want to do these supplements is because I've seen amazing gains for kids my age using them. Permanent and still increasing gains after 1 bottle. After 1 bottle of a pro-hormone my friend's squat went up 150lbs. His bench went from 210lbs to 300lbs. He's about 6'1 210-220lbs.
Now some of you might be saying "What is this kid thinking?" But it's hard to make a decision when you see people point the finger at someone who's stronger than you, evem though you are twice their size.
