I want to know things like:
- How many exercises per muscle
- How many reps
- How many muscles excercise per day
- How many days a week should I train
- Tricks to make the workout more efficient
- Anything that adds "power" to the training (example: xenadrine, hydroxicut)
- Limitations in regard my current home gym (Body Solid EX1500S)
- What is the best time to excercise
Sorry for post twice, when I first posted here, I though I was on the wrong spot, so I went to the losing weight one.
Anyway, any advise will be much appreciate. Once again, thanks for your support, it makes a difference.
Regards.

Sucks that you wrote all that...
All you had to do was.....
SEARCH!
Beginners Routine
That's a beginner's routine
Focus on the rep range of 8-12
(heavy enough to only pump out 8 and then pump out 4 more)
If you can't do all those exercises in your home gym then look up exercises you can do. We shouldn't do all the work for you should we?
Good luck!
P.S. Don't bother with any other supplements except the basics until you get at least a routine together and you actually see results from it
