Thanks for the advise. The kitchen is not a problem, I have that already in control, all i'm looking for is a routing to acomplish those goals both at the same time. I read on post where it says it is posible, however, I do not have the specs for that.
I want to know things like:
- How many exercises per muscle
- How many reps
- How many muscles excercise per day
- How many days a week should I train
- Tricks to make the workout more efficient
- Anything that adds "power" to the training (example: xenadrine, hydroxicut)
- Limitations in regard my current home gym (Body Solid EX1500S)
- What is the best time to excercise
Sorry for post twice, when I first posted here, I though I was on the wrong spot, so I went to the losing weight one.
Anyway, any advise will be much appreciate. Once again, thanks for your support, it makes a difference.
